Q. Where is the festival located?
It is located at The Meadow, Gardens by the Bay, 18 Marina Gardens Drive Singapore 018953.

Q. What kind of cameras or recording devices can I bring with me to the festival?
See under Prohibited Items.
Q. Is the festival for over 18s only?
Under 18s can attend the Laneway Festival (but children under 6 years of age cannot attend). No persons under 18 years of age are permitted to purchase or consume alcohol.
Q. Can I bring my child to the festival?
Infants in arms or children below the age of 6 shall not be admitted. Children 6 years and above must purchase ticket for admission.
On The Day
Q. What time do the festival gates open?
Doors open at 12 noon.
Q. What happens if it rains during the festival?
Laneway Festival is a rain or shine event.
Q. Will there be ATM facilities on festival grounds?
No. Please bring sufficient cash for food, drink and merchandise.
Q. Can I bring my own food & drinks to the festival?
No. Laneway Festival is licensed to sell food & drinks and provides great, well-stocked bars. All bags are searched on arrival.
Q. Where do I report any lost and found articles?
Found: Please take any found items to Laneway Festival security staff.
Lost: If you misplace something please check with gate staff on the day as things will be turned in there. Alternatively, please email singaporeinfo@lanewayfestival.com.au after the event and we will do our very best to help you.
Q. What should I bring to the festival?
Bring:

√ poncho (in case it rains)
√ comfortable clothing and footwear

Q. What items are prohibited on festival grounds?
The following items are not permitted at Laneway Festival and will be confiscated and not returned:
√ Glass
√ Cans / Bottles
√ Skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, bicycles
√ Chairs (folding, portable, camping) or any other furniture
√ Anything studded or spiked (belts, wristbands, etc) or large chains
√ Fireworks, sparklers and flares
√ Alcohol
√ Offensive weapons including missiles
√ Illegal substances
√ Sound or video recorders or professional cameras. A professional camera is a camera with removable lens, lens over 200mm and/or a telephoto lens. Small still digital cameras are allowed
√ Laser lights or laser pens
√ Umbrellas
√ Animals (guide dogs excluded)
√ Cooler boxes
Any other items deemed dangerous or potentially disruptive, antisocial or offensive by Laneway in its discretion.
Q. Can I smoke at the Laneway Festival?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited at the Gardens and the concert grounds.
Ticketing
Q. Where can I buy tickets?
Ticket sales have now closed. We look forward to seeing you again in 2014.
Q. Will tickets be sold at the venue on festival day?
Yes. Tickets will be available for purchase at the ticketing booth located at the entrance of the event.
Q. What if I lose my ticket?
Tickets cannot be replaced for any reason, so please don't lose them! Treat your ticket like cash!

Transport
Q. By MRT
Bayfront Station
Alight at Bayfront MRT Station (CE1)
Take exit B and follow the underpass to Gardens by the Bay
Exit and cross the Dragonfly Bridge into Gardens by the Bay
Marina Bay Station
Alight at Marina Bay MRT Station (NS27 / CE2)
Take exit A and hop onto bus service 400
Alight 4 stops later at the bus stop along Marina Gardens Drive
Q. By walking
From the Helix Bridge towards the Art Science Museum:
Follow the footpath which leads under the ECP, that will bring you directly into Bay South Garden along the waterfront. Follow the signs to the concert grounds at The Meadow
From Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre:
Walk across the Lions Bridge on Level 4 which connects to the Dragonfly Bridge into Bay South Garden. Follow the signs to the concert grounds at The Meadow
Q. By Car/Taxi
From East Coast Parkway (ECP) towards the city:
Take Exit 17A and turn left onto Marina Place
Continue through to Marina Boulevard
Turn left at Marina Gardens Drive
From East Coast Parkway (ECP) towards Changi Airport:
Take Exit 17 and turn right onto Central Boulevard
Turn right onto Marina Station Road
Turn left onto Marina Street
Follow through onto Marina Boulevard
Turn left at Marina Gardens Drive
PARKING OPTIONS
Limited parking lots located at:
- Visitor Centre Basement Car Park: Located at the Main Gate (Gardens by the Bay)
- Satay by the Bay Car Park: Located at the Satay by the Bay Gate (Gardens by the Bay)
- Marina Grove carpark
- Singapore Flyer: Take the Helix Bridge which leads to Gardens by the Bay
